Assessed of forest governance indicators for EU FLEGT-VPA in Guyana for the European Forest Institute.

Developed an Impact Monitoring Framework for the EU-Guyana FLEGT Voluntary Partnership Agreement.

Designed a roadmap for enhancing climate finance for high forest cover, low deforestation countries for UNDP Suriname.

Developed a strategic plan and capacity building plan for National Climate Change Committee of Guyana for FAO Guyana.
Prepared Guyana’s R-Package under the World Bank’s Forest Carbon Partnership Facility.

Updated the draft Caribbean Biodiversity Strategy to the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework for the CARICOM Secretariat.

Built capacity of Caribbean negotiators to effectively participate in the CBD COP15.
Prepared of SOPs for Human-Wildlife Conflicts in Guyana for ACTO, Brazil.
Developed a portfolio of biodiversity projects for the GWCMC for the ACTO-KfW funded Bioamazon Project.
Developed a biodiversity-offset revegetation plan for Guyana.

Conducted KAP and perception studies on solid waste management, mangrove conservation and human-wildlife conflict in Guyana.
Conducted multisectoral stakeholder consultations, trainings and workshops in mangrove protection, coastal defense grey structures, renewable energy, water and wastewater, Guyana’s EEZ, alternative livelihoods, and gender and education.
Prepared stakeholder analysis and capacity needs for offshore island conservation and mangrove conservation.
